The Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) has extended the storage fee exemption for transit cargo at Jeddah Islamic Port until November 19, 2026.
The extension gives 15 free days for containers, flat racks, standard containers, and trailers, 5 days for general cargo, and 1 day for bulk cargo.
All dangerous goods classified under the IMDG Code are excluded from the 15-day exemption, including flammable, toxic, oxidizing, corrosive, and radioactive materials, along with other hazardous cargo.
