Mandatory data integration between the Nafeza platform and shipping agents that have completed connection at Ain Sokhna Port came into force on 18 July 2026, as part of the rollout phases of the Developed Export System, according to the Egyptian Customs Authority. The Authority confirmed that the step does not impose any new obligations or procedures on exporters, and that it currently applies only to Ain Sokhna Port and to shipping agents that have completed integration with the platform. The move forms part of the gradual expansion plan for the Developed Export System across Egyptian ports.
