In 2025, the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) signed a contract with Sinjatec Arabia to establish a marine structures and offshore platforms manufacturing center at Ras Al-Khair Port, with an investment value of SAR 139 million.
The project will be developed over an area of 100,000 square meters and will serve the oil and gas sector. It includes warehouses for finished components, specialized welding equipment, and heavy-duty cranes. The initiative is expected to enhance port efficiency, support value-added services, and contribute to boosting Saudi exports.
