In partnership with the Saudi Export Development Authority, the Saudi Ports Authority (Mawani) signed three Memoranda of Understanding with leading global shipping lines — CMA CGM, MSC, and Maersk — as part of efforts to support national exports and enhance the competitiveness of Saudi exporters.
The partnerships aim to facilitate the export of Saudi products to global markets, enhance the availability of empty containers at ports to meet exporters’ needs, and connect Saudi products to an integrated network of services across ports worldwide.
The Memoranda of Understanding also contribute to delivering innovative solutions to improve export efficiency and accelerate supply chains, supporting the Kingdom’s objectives to become a global logistics hub.
