This page explains how to delete your account for the Nowlun mobile application (the "App"), published by Nowlun Co., and what happens to your data when you do.
How to delete your account
Open the App and go to More → My Account → Delete Account, then confirm.
For help with a deletion request, contact us at ops@nowlun.com from the email address registered to your account. Requests are actioned within 30 days.
What is deleted
Your account and profile information — your name, email address and phone number.
Your saved searches, your device push notification tokens, and any documents you uploaded from the App.
What is kept, and for how long
Shipment and booking records associated with your company are retained as business and accounting records for as long as required by applicable customs, tax and accounting obligations. These records are held under the company account and are not linked to your personal profile after your account is deleted.
